I am trying to find the name of a movie where the plot involves a group of peasant martial artists that are trying to protect and escort either Mao Tse Tung or Chiang Ki Shek to an important meeting while fighting other martial artists trying to stop them. At the end of the movie, I think the son of one of the good guys dies while pretending to be Mao or Chiang Ki Shek. Any help would be appreciated.
I believe the move is set in China before the Chinese revolution. The movie was in color and I also believe it was produced in the 1980's.
