This movie as I remember was in the summer near some boardwalk but I don't remember there bring a beach. We'll a few girl drive there and someone throws a condom on there window when they first drive up. They are sneaking out for the whole summer in this summer house one of the girls father owns but he does not know they are there. There are a lot of people there. Then one of the girls is trying to enter a beauty contest and try's to win. This movie is sort of like grease. It is a movie if I remember was in 1970s or so
