This was a controversial film from the 70s or 80s. A man tries to find out what happened to his missing sister (if I remember correctly might have been his friend). He tracks down a suspect and confronts him. He just wants to know what happened to her and so agrees to meet the suspect on his terms. The final scene is black and then a match is struck to reveal that he has been buried alive just like her.
